Final words

My biggest words of advice are, if you are considering getting a pure bred dog make sure you get all your needs put in writing. Before putting ANY money down make sure everything you want in your future pup is written out clearly in a contract and make sure you have a SIGNED copy before you send your money. It is all too easy to fall in love with a cute little puppy face but they don't stay puppies forever! Make sure you are getting what you pay for and you know all the facts on the breeder and your puppy's parents and you will end up having a great experience getting a new dog!
